CasePulse Privacy Policy
CasePulse is an independent mobile app for tracking IOE USCIS case information, Visa Bulletin dates, and general processing-time estimates. CasePulse is not affiliated with USCIS, DHS, the U.S. government, or any immigration law firm.
Data Stored On Your Device
CasePulse stores the following information locally on your device:
- USCIS receipt numbers you add
- Parsed case status, case details, and check history
- App settings, including notification preferences
This information is stored using local device storage. CasePulse does not operate a backend server and does not upload your case data to a CasePulse database.
USCIS Login
When you sign in to check an IOE case, CasePulse opens the official myUSCIS website in an in-app WebView. CasePulse does not ask for, collect, transmit, or store your USCIS username or password.
The app uses the signed-in WebView session to load myUSCIS case pages and parse returned case information into the app interface. USCIS may change these pages or endpoints at any time.
Notifications
If notifications are enabled, CasePulse may send local device notifications when a manually checked case appears to have a status change. Notification preferences are stored on your device.
Third-Party Services
CasePulse loads information from official public or authenticated government websites, including:
- my.uscis.gov
- egov.uscis.gov
- travel.state.gov
Those websites are controlled by their respective operators and may have separate privacy practices.
